The internal organization and operation of the court is separate from the trials and includes administrative, technical, professional, information, financial and other related tasks relevant to the judicial authority.

These activities are organized so that the court can perform its function legally, timely and effectively, making it possible for the parties to do their business with the court more easily and with the least espenses.
