In accordance with the competences of the Supreme Court of Cassation, when there are marked differences in jurisprudence, the court departments – the Criminal Department, the Civil Department, and the Department for the Protection of the Right to a Trial Held within a Reasonable Period of Time - adopt and publish legal views, opinions and conclusions.
