The obligation of preparing a report on the work of the courts was established by the Book of Court Rules, Articles 43 and 44. The courts are obliged to prepare quarterly, semi-annual, annual and tri-annual reports on the work of the court, the court departments and the judges, using a uniform methodology, and submit them to the Minister, the immediately higher court, the Supreme Court of Cassation and the High Judicial Council.
Reports on the work are prepared using special forms and instructions prescribed by, and forming an integral part of, the Book of Court Rules. In addition to these reports, the President of the Court is also entitled to independently prepare other reports.
